All prices listed on Mix my Photo include the legal VAT unless otherwise stated.
At Mix my Photo, there are various payment methods available for checkout. In addition to payments via iDeal, we also accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and Bancontact.
If the total amount of an order is equal to or higher than €100, no shipping costs will be charged.
For orders with a total amount lower than €100, we charge €7.95 for shipping. For shipping to Belgium, the shipping costs are €20.00.
Our customers receive their new product(s) within a few days, but how is the order processed? Shipments within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL, while orders in Belgium are handled by an international carrier.
If the package is damaged upon receipt, please make a note with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide further assistance. Service is of high importance to us, and if products are delivered in a damaged condition, we want to assist our customers as best as possible.
